• Communicate with you about your inquiry, booking, or session.

• Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups related to your session.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers required to run the studio — for example, our payment processor (to take payment) and our email delivery service (to send you booking emails). These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and may only use your data to provide that service to us. We never share your data with marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep client records as long as needed to provide service, fulfill contracts, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the footer of any email we send.
